The Bounce Challenge's goal is for all participants to focus on adding more physical activity and improved hydration to their daily routine. As a member completes certain activities, they will gain points and work their way up the leaderboard. Points can be earned in a variety of ways:
1 Point for every 10 minutes of cardio exercise (up to 3 points a day)
2 Points for every day 8 cups of hydration (water, coffee, tea, fruit juices)
3 Bonus Points each week for following your exercise game plan.
This Tavi Health step challenge will last for six weeks, beginning on Monday, January 31st through Wednesday, March 16th
